2026 Election Announcement: Accepting Nominations

We are now accepting nominations for the 2026 Term! This is your opportunity to serve and shape the future of our organization. Please review the key details and deadlines below for submitting your nomination.

Executive Team (One-Year Term): 

President, Vice-President, Secretary, and Treasurer.

Board of Governors: Two positions are open.

Additional Positions: The elected executive committee will select the 

Assistant Secretary (Media, IT, Communication & Marketing), and the Assistant Treasurer.

Additional Appointed Positions

The newly elected Executive Committee will be responsible for selecting and appointing individuals to the following roles:

  • Assistant Secretary: (Media, IT, Communication & Marketing)
  • Assistant Treasurer

A. Nomination Submission Guidelines

  • Submit to: Please mail or hand deliver the completed original form to  Mehul Raja, 452 Shoal Circle, Lawrenceville GA 30046. 
  • Deadline: November 29, 2025, 5:00 PM (Must be post-marked or received by this time).
  • Fee Required: $75.00 deposit (must be enclosed with the form).
  • Withdrawal: December 10, 2025.(Note: The deposit will be returned after the election but is forfeited if the candidate withdraws after December 10, 2025.)

  • Election Date: December 14, 2025, Sunday
  • Time: 2:00 PM - 4:00 PM
  • Venue: Sardar Patel Bhavan, 5331 Royal Woods Pkwy, Tucker, GA **
